Dine under the Stars @ Sepia Restaurant

It is an implict fact that if you are going to dine at the Renaissance by Marriott you are bound to experience not just amazing food but service which can not be matched anywhere else!

So recently; I happened to attend the “Sigdi Food Festival” happening at the Sepia Restaurant which celebrates the idea of winters and “dining under the stars”.

Kebabs in making!

Located at the third floor of the high rise Renaissance Hotel; Sepia gives you a feeling of warmth and luxury as soon as you enter here. The place is just so ideal for a family dinner. Elegant and classy!

Now coming to the food; the starters served were Kakori Kebabs, Mawa Seekh Kebab, Chatpata Grilled Fruits, Tangdi Kebab, Grilled Prawn and Paneer Tikka .

The Kakori Seekh Kebab was literally “melt in your mouth” kebab. With a hint of kewda essence for that nawabi aroma; the minced meat was perfectly grilled over seekhs.

Then the mawa seekh kebab was all about the rich khoya and dry fruits mix grilled in seekh. Very mild on palate but full of the rich khoya taste. A winner of all time!

Then it was the Paneer Tikka which was again super soft, smoky and very well marinated! I could eat just that and not get enough of it.

Unfortunately I could not try the main course but the starters already make me feel so much satisfied that not once I regret missing the food! 😃
