A fine dine at The Spice Factory, Gomti Nagar

It is an evident fact that no matter where one dines in; good food and great service of a place scores above everything else.

And if the above factors are combined with equally amazing ambiance then the place is no less than the finest. Not to forget, the brand Radisson!

The team

So recently when The Spice Factory by The Great Kabab Factory was re-launched at Gomti Nagar, City Mall; it was an utmost delight to witness fine dine, good food and amazing affordable prices.

Coming to the food; we started with The Sunehre Dahi ke Kebabs. Crispy coated dahi kebabs with literally melt in your mouth texture. Very subtle in taste, the crispy coating outside balanced the softness of the kebab. One could feel the creamy texture of the hung curd.

Next was Murg Mutani; tandoori chicken chunks marinated and cooked to perfection. The chicken was soft, balanced and very deeply marinated.

Then I tried The Dhua Boti Kebabs which I can say are the best in the city. Mutton chunks served over a charcoal tray and smoked with butter had smoky yet a lil spicy taste to it. A must try!

Among the main course; we were served Bhagre Baigan which was my favourite dish of the evening. Cooked in an onion based gravy; the stand apart coconut flavour could be felt as an after-taste.

Then came the Murg Kofte; flavourful chicken meatballs cooked in a buttery and tomato gravy. You could feel somewhat like butter chicken; easier to eat though.

For a change, I also tried their Rajasthani Kadhi; which was cooked with this super tangy curd. The taste was tangy and rich. Tempered with cumins; the smokiness combined with the tangy flavour was a good combination!

So all those looking for a fine dine experience to remember then walk in at The Spice Factory at City Mall, Gomti Nagar.

Until next time… Happy Eating! 😊
